-- MICHAEL R. MULTON, 34, of 440 N. Washington St., Janesville, on a charge of felony battery Sunday after a domestic disturbance at his home.

-- A 16-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY referred to juvenile authorities Friday on a warrant charging operating a vehicle without owner consent.

-- JOSHUA Q. BOYD, 28, of 860 8th St., Beloit, on a charge of battery by prisoner Saturday at the Rock County Jail after another inmate reported being attacked.

-- JEFFREY A. MILLER, 48, of 3221 E. Dix Drive, Milton, on charges of physical abuse of a child and disorderly conduct while armed Sunday after a domestic disturbance at his home.

-- MARCUS P. PAYTON, 23, of 1418 Hull Ave., Beloit, on a charge of criminal damage after someone threw water on a TV at the Rock County Jail, causing an estimated $250 damage and disabling the TV.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- BRADY R. ANDERSON, 31, of 10303 N. Clear Lake Road, Milton, at 12:01 a.m. Sunday at Deerfield Drive and Highway 14 in Janesville. Also ticketed for violating a traffic signal.

-- SANDY J. HOLLAND, 37, of 5127 County M, Evansville, after a one-car accident at 1:10 a.m. Friday on County M north of Marsh Road in Union Township.

-- ROBYN E. KING, 22, of 8 Head St., Edgerton, after a one-car accident at 2:30 a.m. Friday at Highway 51 and Fulton-Janesville Townline Road in Janesville Township.


-- BURGLARY to a residence on County X in Turtle Township reported Jan. 21. Electronic appliances and a .22-caliber rifle—total value at least $800—reported taken.


-- NORTHBOUND INTERSTATE 90/39 NORTH OF COUNTY S in Turtle Township at 8:44 p.m. Friday, a pickup truck equipped with a plow and driven by David L. Theodore, 53, Schaumburg, Ill., ran off the highway and rolled over. Theodore and a passenger—Jody R. Theodore, 49, same address—were treated and released at Beloit Memorial Hospital.


-- JEFFREY A. SCHUMACHER, 38, no fixed address, with two counts of felony theft, misdemeanor theft, criminal damage and operating a vehicle without owner consent in connection with thefts reported in November and January from a home in Beloit Township.

-- EDWARD J. MARTIN, 20, of 319 N. Walnut St., Janesville, with three counts of party to forgery in connection with purchases made at Janesville stores with stolen credit cards.

-- JAMES A. SCOTT, 38, of 1926 Cleora Drive, No. 6, Beloit, with burglary and misdemeanor theft in connection with the theft in September of three guitars and a guitar case from a home in Bradford Township in September.

-- ORVILLE G AXELSON, 65, of 1330 Central Ave., Beloit, with felony theft in connection with the theft of six golf carts—each valued at $3,700—from Bass Creek Golf Course in rural Janesville in September.

-- BRIAN J. GIES, 43, of 610 N. Grant Ave., Janesville, with operating a vehicle without owner consent after a 2000 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck was reported stolen New Year’s Eve in Janesville.
