— The city has received a grant to help install sewer and water facilities at the future site of Edgerton Hospital and Health Services.

The city received $422,000 from the Wisconsin Department of Commerce for the project. The city council met in closed session Monday night to decide how it will handle the funds.

The grant wonít pay the total cost to bring utilities to the new hospital on Highway 59, said City Administrator Ramona Flanigan. The city and hospital still have to decide how the rest of the cost will be divided.

A public hearing on the issue will take place at the councilís next meeting, 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 4, at Edgerton City Hall, 12 Albion St.
