-- BRANDON E. BLAZIER, 23, of 309 East Memorial Drive, Janesville, on charges of battery and false imprisonment at 2:45 this morning at Mercy Hospital in Janesville in connection with a domestic disturbance.
-- A 13-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE GIRL referred to juvenile authorities Thursday on charges of endangering safety with a weapon and possessing a weapon—a knife—on school grounds after a disturbance at Edison Middle School, 1649 S. Chatham St., Janesville. A 12-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE GIRL was referred on a charge of disorderly conduct. The 12-year-old had pulled the hair of another girl, forcing her to the ground, and the 13-year-old produced the knife and challenged the 12-year-old to fight, police reported.
-- HIGHWAY 11 EAST OF DUNBAR ROAD, in Plymouth Township at 7:35 a.m. Friday. A vehicle driven by Patsy A. Kelley, 51, of 469 Galena St., Footville, was eastbound when it hit an icy section and slid off the road, striking a retaining wall with the front end of the vehicle. Kelley was treated and released at Mercy Hospital.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- CHRISTOPHER T. RINKE, 46, Albany, at 7:39 a.m. Monday in the W700 block of Bump Road in Albany Township. It is listed as his third arrest on a drunken-driving charge. He also was cited for operating left of center.
