Milsap to perform at Rock County 4-H Fair
It appears country music will fill the stage during the Saturday night of this year’s Rock County 4-H Fair.
Country singer Ronnie Milsap’s Web site lists him as performing at the fair Saturday, July 26.
Milsap has logged 40 No. 1 hits, sold more than 25 million records, won seven Grammy Awards, four Academy of Country Music Awards and eight Country Music Association Awards.
By age 20, he released his first single, “Total Disaster,” and by 1965, the young blind pianist and singer was recording for renowned Scepter Records in New York.
His first single, “Never Had It So Good,” written by Ashford and Simpson, was a top five hit on the Billboard soul chart.
As previously reported, Pollstar, a Web site listing concert dates and trade information, lists Lady Antebellum performing at the fair Sunday, July 27.
