Rock County


-- MINDI L. ARMAS, 25, and JAVIER ARMAS, 36, both of 1717 Green Forest Run, No. 111, Janesville, both on charges of maintaining a drug-trafficking place, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia at their home at 5:17 p.m. Monday. Arrested in the same incident on a charge of possessing marijuana with intent to deliver was VALENTIN A. RANGEL, 24, of 170 S. Jackson St., Janesville.

-- JOHN M. EVERDING, 47, of 6436 N. River Road, Janesville, on a bench warrant Monday charging failure to appear in court on an earlier charge of second-offense drunken driving.

-- ANTONIO RIVERA SANCHEZ, 28, of Dane, in Madison on Monday on a Rock County bench warrant charging failure to appear in court on earlier charges of third-offense drunken driving and driving on a revoked license.

-- TRAIL M. LELAND, 29, of 1802 Shore Drive, Beloit, in Milwaukee on Monday on Rock County bench warrants charging failure to appear in court on earlier charges of possessing cocaine with intent to deliver, possessing marijuana, criminal trespass, obstructing, misdemeanor bail-jumping and two counts each of criminal damage and disorderly conduct.

-- APRIL A. MCCULLOUGH, 28, Rockton, Ill., on a warrant Monday at the Rock County Jail charging forgery.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- YOLANDA M. LOZOYA, 23, of 2612 Robinson Drive, Beloit, at 1:55 a.m. Friday after a one-car, damage-only accident on County G north of West Sunny Lane in Rock Township.

-- JENNIFER L. SEISSER, 35, of 423 Dodge St., Janesville, at 1:02 a.m. Friday after a one-car, damage-only accident on Highway 26 south of County N in Milton Township. Also ticketed for driving too fast for conditions.


-- BURGLARY to a shed on East Blackhawk Drive in Milton Township reported Thursday. Reported stolen were tools valued at $300.

-- BURGLARIES to homes on Laird Road in Newark Township and West Plymouth-Church Road in Plymouth Township reported Friday. Deputies think the break-ins are related. Reported stolen from the West Plymouth Church Road residence were a rifle, shotgun and coins, total value $850. A video game player valued at $130 was reported taken from the Laird Road home.

-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 6200 block of South Highway 51 in Janesville. Reported stolen were a computer and DVD player, total value $130.

-- SUBSTANTIAL BATTERY, on Dec. 24 at South Randall and Ruger avenues. A 42-year-old male was treated and released from Mercy Hospital. No further details were available.


-- EAST RACINE STREET WEST OF SOUTH RANDALL AVENUE in Janesville at 4:59 p.m. Sunday, a car driven by Sanford L. Nickles, 24, of 907 McKinley St., Janesville, rear-ended a sport-utility vehicle driven by Kristine M. Leeder, 53, of 1935 Lafayette St., Janesville. Nickles was arrested on charges of causing injury by intoxicated driving and hit and run from an injury accident. Leeder was reported as the accident’s victim but she was not reported transported for medical treatment.

-- COUNTY N AND KK in Lima Township at 1:55 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, a sport-utility vehicle driven by Linda S. Walling, 39, Fort Atkinson, pulled in front of a car driven by Mitchell C. Dolata, 44, Waterford. Dolata and a passenger—Cody C. Dolata, 13, Waterford—were reported transported to Fort Atkinson Hospital for what deputies described as minor injuries. Walling, who was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign, told deputies her husband would take her for medical treatment. Mitchell Dolata received two tickets for seatbelt violations.

-- NORTH WRIGHT ROAD AND STARBRITE LANE, at 6:20 a.m. Saturday. A car driven by Tami J. Westcott, 38, 406 California Court, No. 64, Janesville, ran off the road at a dead end and struck a tree trunk. Westcott was treated and released from Mercy Hospital.


-- MICHAEL D. DONNELLY, of 406 S. Jackson St., Janesville, for operating while intoxicated, fifth offense. The charge stems from his drunken driving arrest on Dec. 13.

-- JEROME D. EDDINGS, of no fixed address, Janesville, with stalking, knowingly violating a harassment restraining order and misdemeanor bail jumping.

Walworth County

-- JORGE ARREOLA, 22, of 1207 E. Wisconsin St., Delavan, on Jan. 4 on charges of delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a park and delivery of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a park.
