Ferguson, 38, of 214 Murley Drive, Madison, turned left onto Milton Avenue and struck a car driven by Susan L. Oldfield, 54, of 1060 Center Ave., Janesville. A passenger in Oldfield’s car, Melvin J. Kehoe, 66, no address listed, was treated and released at Mercy Hospital. Ferguson was cited for failure to yield.
