They have to release sex offenders, so they have room for the horrible people who fail to pay their overdue book fines at the library.

James Koepp - the man charged with the murders of Danyetta Lentz and her kids - was a released sexual offender. According to the Institute for Psychiatric Therapies the recidivism rate for sexual abusers is 52% and for rapists is 39%. Not very good odds...

let me get this right...this poor excuse for a human being was convicted of two counts of first degree sexual assault on two girls 10 and younger and he is being released????? Why is this man not still in prison? He should never be released into society again. That is how i feel. He spends short amount of time in jail....girl's lives ruined FOREVER...what is wrong with our judicial system??
