Janesville's City Council members will learn Monday how the city government interacts with families in poverty.

Community Action Executive Director Lisa Furseth says Monday's presentation will help the council learn what the issues are and determine what city policy should be in regards to poverty. She says the council deserves credit for wanting to learn more and to help meet the needs of the city's most vulnerable citizens.
