-- A 15-YEAR-OLD Footville boy was referred to juvenile authorities at 5:55 p.m. Aug. 18 on charges of burglary, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Reported stolen in the burglary was a PlayStation 3 valued at $400.


-- A 16-YEAR-OLD Janesville boy was referred to juvenile authorities at 6:12 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of burglary as party to a crime.


-- HAYLEY K. RICHTER, 29, of 102 W. Rollin St., Edgerton at 8 p.m. Thursday on a warrant charging escape.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- MARK B. LOSCHING, 16, 454 Oak Road, Janesville, at 11:50 p.m. Tuesday on East Highway MM east of Emerald Grove Road in Johnston Township. Also on charges of open intoxicants in a vehicle and cited for speeding.


-- JESSICA A. CRAWFORD, 28, 1931 S. Crosby Ave., Janesville, at 4:08 p.m. Wednesday at Kellogg and Crosby avenues. It was reported as her second drunken driving arrest.


-- ASHLEY R. HELGESEN, 20, 461 Douglas St., Janesville, at 7:12 p.m. Thursday on North Highway 57 at West Highway 14 in Janesville Township. Also on a charge of operating after suspension.

-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 300 block of North Crosby Avenue, Janesville, at noon Aug. 9. Reported stolen was an Xbox gaming console valued at $500, wireless controller valued at $30, Xbox fan valued at $30 and assorted games valued at $220.


-- BURGLARY to a residence in the first block of Jackman Street, Janesville, at 6:45 Tuesday. Reported stolen was a PlayStation 2 gaming console and a “Guitar Hero” video game valued at $400.
