-- TWO JANESVILLE BOYS, one 13 and one 14, referred to juvenile authorities at 6:49 p.m. Wednesday at 1521 Ravine St., Janesville, on a charge of attempted arson as party to a crime.


-- SCOTT A. SPERB JR., 23, of 432Ĺ N. Parker Drive, Janesville, at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of Cornelia St., Janesville, on a bench warrant charging failure to appear in court on previous charges of attempted burglary, possession of burglary tools, criminal damage to property. Also arrested on charges of attempted theft and obstructing an officer.


-- AMY J. VAZQUEZ-CASH, 43, of 3323 Mt. Zion Ave., No. 6, Janesville, at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday on charges of burglary and theft.


-- JORDAN M. RIGGS, 17, of 1424 Sharon Road, Janesville, at 10:38 a.m. Wednesday at 108 Center Ave., Janesville, on a charge of burglary as party to a crime.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JOSE L. DELGADO SILVA, 24, of 1609 N. Randall Ave. No. 24, Janesville, at 1:26 a.m. Thursday. Also arrested on charges of hit and run and not having a valid drivers license.


-- MIRANDA R. SENDELBACH, 25, of 8011 W. Highway 14, Evansville, at 1:23 a.m. Sunday at Kettering Street and Milton Avenue.

-- BURGLARY to an apartment on the 2000 block of Kellogg Avenue, Janesville, at 7:49 p.m. Monday. Reported missing was an LCD video player valued at $250.

-- JOSE A. CHI, 23, of 214 S. Esterly St., Whitewater, on Wednesday in the 700 block of West Main Street, Whitewater. He also was cited for operating without a valid driverís license.
