Quad Cities batters wallop Beloit
BELOIT A 15-hit barrage sent the Beloit Snappers to a 11-4 loss to the Quad Cities River andits in Midwest League baseball Friday night.
Quad Cities held a 5-1 lead after four innings and buried the Snappers with a five-run rally in the seveth for a 10-1 lead.
Beloit starter Henry Reyes (2-2) allowed five runs on eight hits through the first four innings to suffer the loss.
