From the Associated Press:

Wisconsin residents who suffered losses from this summer's storms and flooding have one month left to apply for federal aid.

Federal aid can include grants for emergency housing and low-interest loans.

The deadline to apply is Sept. 15.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency said earlier this month the state had received more than $67 million of disaster relief following the storms. Some was from FEMA for housing and other individual needs, and the rest was as low-interest loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration.

More than 37,000 residents registered for aid in the 30 state counties declared eligible for assistance.

The damage followed heavy rainfall in June in the southern two-thirds of the state.
