-- PERRY A. LUCCHESI-TARTER, 17, 6219 S. Highway 51, No. 194, Janesville, at 4:44 p.m. Saturday on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent.

-- LAURIE M. WOLFF, 45, of 7750 N. Tocoho Trail, Edgerton, at 7:27 p.m. Sunday at Anchor Inn, 709 E. Highway 59, Edgerton, on a charge of substantial battery. Wolff apparently struck DANIEL B. GOOD, of 677 Hillside Road, Edgerton, with a bottle, causing Good to have eight stitches in the neck. Good also was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct for an incident leading up to the confrontation with Wolff.

-- RICHARD J. PLANTE, 48, 319 S. Academy St., Janesville, at 7:13 p.m. Wednesday at 601 W. Milwaukee St., Janesville, on a charge of substantial battery.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- PAUL T. RUTHE, 45, of 306 N. Academy St. No. 2, Janesville, at 2:03 a.m. Tuesday at North Washington Street and Hamilton Avenue in Janesville. Also ticketed for speeding.


-- FORGERY reported at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, when a man on North Claremont Drive, Janesville, claimed someone stole his checks and made copies of them.

-- BURGLARY on the 300 block of South Franklin Street, Janesville, at 10:30 p.m. Friday. Reported stolen was a PlayStation 3 video game console, controllers, guitar and "Rock Band" video game valued at $628.99. A doorframe was reported broken and was valued at $50.

Walworth County

-- HIGHWAY 50 AND EDWARDS BOULEVARD, LAKE GENEVA, A vehicle driven by Eugene J. Dymek, 84, 610 Middleton Drive, Fontana, collided with a vehicle driven by Margaret A. Williams, 46, of Lake in the Hills, Ill., about 8:30 a.m. Aug. 5. Williams was transported to Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- GREGORY L. PEASE, 23, of 1159 Bloomingfield Drive, Whitewater, on Monday at 700 W. Main St., Whitewater. He also was cited for operating after revocation.

-- GEORGE W. HANSEN JR., 26, of Genoa City, on Saturday in the 700 block of Geneva Street. It was reported as his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge. He also was cited for reckless driving.

-- MICHAEL A. SMITHY, 18, of Chicago, on Saturday on Main Street at South Lake Shore Drive. He also was cited for driving left of center and reckless driving.
