Police seek information about Whitewater robbery

— Police are seeking two teens who robbed a man jogging in Cravath Lakefront Park on Monday evening.

According to a news release from the Whitewater Police Department:

A 20-year-old man was jogging in the park about 6:30 p.m. Monday, when he was robbed by two teen males. One robber punched the man in the face and the other hit him in the leg with a stick.

The robbers stole the man’s athletic shoes and iPod Nano and then fled on a red BMX bike with foot pegs and silver spoke rims.

The robbers are described as:

-- A teenage white male, 6 feet 3 inches tall, slender build, about 180 pounds and long blond hair. He was wearing a baggy T-shirt and plaid shorts.

-- A teenage Hispanic male, 5 feet 10 inches tall and thick build. He was wearing a white or cream-colored T-shirt and blue plaid shorts.
