THOMAS, 29, of 1019 Bluff St., Beloit, at 2:40 p.m. Monday at the Cook County Jail in Chicago on a bench warrant charging failure to appear in Rock County court on previous charges of first-degree intentional homicide as party to a crime, first-degree reckless injury by use of a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon.


-- SABRINA M. JONES, 46, 7 N. Academy St. No. 17, Janesville, at 7 p.m. Monday on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent.


-- RICKEY E. EARLE, 53, 1356 Kenwood Ave., Beloit, at 10:30 p.m. Monday on a charge of failure to report to jail Thursday to serve a 180-day sentence for his fourth and fifth drunken-driving convictions and a hit-and-run conviction.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- EVAN N. BOVORASMY, 24, of 568 Greendale Drive, Janesville, at 1:46 a.m. Friday at South Highway 51 and West Terrington Drive in Rock Township.


-- SEAN M. WATERMAN, 28, of Monroe, at 5:15 a.m. Saturday on South County K north of West Beloit Newark Road in Newark Township. It was reported as Waterman’s second drunken-driving arrest.


-- SAMUEL P. MCGEE, 24, of Waterloo, Iowa, at 2:05 a.m. Monday on Clinic Road west of East Hart Road in Turtle Township. It was reported as McGee’s second drunken-driving arrest.


-- JOHN W. HOMAN, 51, 185 Atwood Ave., Janesville, on Monday at 7 p.m. at Main and Racine streets. Homan apparently attempted to turn left onto Main Street from Racine Street when he struck another vehicle driven by Brian Donohue, 48, 3913 Southwyck St., Janesville. It was reported as Homan’s second drunken-driving arrest.

-- JESSICA N. ASIKAINEN, 30, Bald Knob, Ark., on Friday on North Tratt Street in Whitewater.


-- TERRY S. JOHNSON, 45, of 838 Somerset Drive, Janesville, on Saturday on North Cherry Street in Whitewater.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- COTY D. D. SWEET, 19, Monroe, at 10:57 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of 1st Center Avenue, Brodhead. He also was cited on charges of driving after suspension, unreasonable and imprudent speed, failure to stop at a stop sign, knowingly fleeing an officer, open intoxicants in the vehicle and reckless driving.
