Arrests


-- A 13-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY AND A 15-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY, at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Janesville Police Department, referred to juvenile authorities on one count each of felony graffiti and nine misdemeanor counts each of graffiti. The boys are accused of spray painting gang-related words on vehicles, billboards and businesses around the area of Rock Theatre, 1620 Newport Ave., over the last two months.


Intoxicated driving arrests


-- MICHAEL W. TRACY, 33, of 1220 Jerome Ave., Janesville, at 3:30 a.m. Saturday at Centerway and Milton Avenue, Janesville. It is listed as his fourth drunken-driving arrest.


-- STEPHANIE M. MONDAY, 21, Cottage Grove, at 2:14 a.m. Saturday at Parker Drive and Ba-Wood Lane, Janesville.


-- DANIEL J. KELLY, 21, of 4015 Tisbury Drive, Janesville, at 3 a.m. Saturday at Franklin Street and Rockport Road, Janesville.

-- BURGLARY to a home in the 1300 block of Benton Avenue, Janesville, reported Saturday.


Accidents


-- 741 EDISON AVE., JANESVILLE, at 5:01 p.m. Friday. Jeffery A. Denio, 36, was guiding a car into his home garage driven by George W. Castle, 45, of 504 N. High St., Clinton. Castle said the brakes failed, and the car pinned Denio against another car already in the garage. Denio was treated and released at Mercy Hospital.
