Rock County

-- SHAKEMIA L. FAIR, 20, CYNTHIA S. FAIR, 17, and ANTONIO M. BURNETT, 18, all of Park Forest, Ill., on charges of possessing cocaine with intent to deliver Wednesday night at Best Western, 3900 Milton Ave., in Janesville. Burnett also arrested on a charge of possessing marijuana. In the same incident, BOOKER A. MITCHELL, 22, Chicago Heights, Ill., was arrested on a charge of possessing cocaine with intent to deliver.


-- GANG GRAFFITI reported Saturday at Sentry Foods, 2501 W. Court St., Janesville. An estimated $200 damage done.

-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 1700 block of Excalibur Drive in Janesville reported Wednesday. Reported stolen were several electronic devices valued at $685.

Walworth County

-- STEPHANIE K. DAWSON, 31, 204 Madison St., No. 104, Walworth, theft and possession of a controlled substance. She is accused of stealing prescription medications, valued at about $3,000, from her ex-mother-in-law while visiting her child Feb. 21.

-- JASON P. COWART, 28, W933 Myrtle Road, Pell Lake, two counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. He is accused of twice filling his wife’s prescription for Oxycodone on Feb. 26 and 28.

-- DAVID L. BROWN JR., 41, 691 S. Lakeshore Drive, Lake Geneva, first-degree sexual assault of a child under age 13 without great bodily harm after an incident March 13 involving a 6-year-old child.

-- BARDOMIANO J. GARNICA, 23, of 206 Schroeder Ave., Delavan, battery by a prisoner as a repeat offender and disorderly conduct as a repeat offender. He is accused of fighting with another prisoner and stabbing him in the head with a pencil March 16 at the Walworth County Jail.

-- RICHARD A. SAROW, 43, W8060 Bluff Road, Whitewater, second-degree reckless endangerment after a chase and crash March 18 in Whitewater.

-- RONALD C. WILLIAMS II, 27, Beloit, possession with intent to deliver marijuana after a search in Whitewater on March 21.

-- ISAAC D. GOINES, 23, W895 Dunbar Road, Burlington, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia after a search of a room at the Lake Geneva Motel on March 23.

-- HOWARD R. STORCK, 61, of 1381 Prestwick Drive, Lake Geneva, identity theft to harm the reputation of an individual and two counts of harassment by electronic mail without disclosing his identity. He is accused of creating an e-mail account and using it to send threatening e-mails to people with whom he is involved in civil litigation.

-- DAVID BOEHM, 17, of 1106 Bailey Road, Delavan, burglary. He is accused of breaking into an Elkhorn woman’s apartment and stealing a bike, valued at $130, $10 in change, a housing authority check, a DVD player and four DVDs. He had been a baby sitter at the apartment.
