-- GUADALUPE A. RAMIREZ, 21, of 9204 E. Creek Road, No. 22, Clinton, on a warrant Thursday charging him with having sex with a child older than 16.


-- JAMES P. SCHROEDER, 27, of 304 S. Paddock Road, Beloit, on a warrant Thursday charging felon in possession of a gun and felony bail-jumping.


-- LEM LOM, 44, of 417 Center Ave., Janesville, on bench warrants Monday charging failure to appear in court on earlier charges of drunken driving and driving on a revoked license.


-- CASSINI C. HILL, 21, of 1405 Athletic Ave., Beloit, on charges of operating a vehicle without owner consent, hit and run, fleeing and driving on a revoked license and causing property damage after a sideswipe accident at 6:16 a.m. Monday at Garfield and Court streets in Janesville in which police reported Hill fled the scene.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- WAYNE A. MORGAN, 54, of 11309 N. Hillside Road, Edgerton, at 6:16 p.m. Oct. 12 on a charge of driving an all-terrain vehicle while intoxicated after an accident on a trail behind Carl’s Shell, 11180 N. Goede Road, Edgerton. Also ticketed for no valid ATV registration.


-- STEVEN T. SAUERZOPF, 18, of 3136 W. Bass Creek Road, Afton, at 12:03 a.m. today at Court Street and Crosby Avenue in Janesville.


-- JAMES D. SCHUMACHER, 49, of 2747 Park Place Lane, No. 1, Janesville, at 1:55 a.m. Sunday in the 1900 block of East Racine Street in Janesville. It was reported as his third arrest on a drunken-driving charge.

-- CHASE ENDED in Janesville on southbound Interstate 90/39 at 10:33 p.m. Friday when Rock County sheriff’s deputies deployed stop sticks to puncture the tires on a vehicle being pursued by Dane County sheriff’s deputies and State Patrol troopers. Arrested on Dane County charges of sexual assault and disorderly conduct was Ryan R. Zumstein, 18, Cambridge.


-- BURGLARY to a camper at Lakeland Campgrounds, 2803 W. Highway 59, Milton, reported Oct. 14. Reported stolen were beer, fireworks and a fire extinguisher, value not listed.


-- THEFT of cigarettes valued at $4,000 reported Oct. 3 from a truck parked in the 3400 block of Bell Street in Janesville and owned by Ebby Brown Co., Montgomery, Ill.
