For the most part, all contact you would normally have with The Janesville Gazette will continue at the 1 S. Parker Drive location. The news, advertising and customer service departments will remain at that building, as will general administration and Bliss radio stations WCLO and WJVL.

The only departments moving from the Gazette’s downtown location to 333 Wuthering Hills Drive are the printing and distribution departments, including packaging and the distribution managers who work with carriers. All drivers and carriers who normally receive their papers downtown will report to the new facility.

Here’s a guide on where to go or call:

-Customer service: A new, direct phone line has been dedicated to take subscriber customer service calls. That number is (608) 741-6650. It is staffed from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 5:30 a.m. to noon Saturday and Sunday. The lobby at 1 S. Parker Drive is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.

-Comments about our changes: A Gazette reinvention hotline has been set up for customers who don’t need to talk to a person but would like to give us feedback about our changes. Just call (608) 755-8386 and leave your comments, or your name and phone number if you would like to be contacted. These comments will not be published.

If you have specific questions or concerns about our changes, please call (608) 754-3311.

-The Gazette soon will launch a Web page on its www.GazetteXtra.com site where customers will be able to manage their subscription account by paying bills, requesting vacation holds on their newspaper and most other tasks that are now dealt with on the phone or in our office. Stay tuned for more details.
