Arrests

-- LENORE J. TAYLOR, 35, of Minneapolis, at about 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Rock County Jail, on charges of possession of one pill of Ecstasy, also known as MDMA, and two pills of Seroquel, an antipsychotic. The drugs were found during a jail shakedown.


-- ZACHARIAH L. SPITTEL, 24, of 18 N. Broadway St. No. 9, Edgerton, at 8:30 a.m. Thursday in Kane County, Ill., on Rock County charges of recklessly endangering safety and disorderly conduct, both as domestic violence incidents, in connection with an incident on Nov. 2.


DONALD D. ELLIOTT, 62, of 930 Church St. No. 405, Beloit, at 11:04 a.m. Thursday at his residence, on a warrant charging escape. He was released from jail for medical treatment Aug. 24 and did not return.


Accidents

-- SOUTH COUNTY M AT COUNTY LINE ROAD IN JOHNSTOWN TOWNSHIP, at 9:27 p.m. Nov. 8. A car driven by Kyler K. Willing, 20, of 3422 Spruce St., Janesville, went off the road on a curve, went over a guardrail and rolled over in a field, ejecting Willing. He was admitted to Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and then was transferred to UW Hospital in Madison, where he was discharged Thursday. As reported earlier, he was arrested for intoxicated driving and second offense, and open intoxicants. Also cited for underage drinking, operating left of center and a seatbelt violation.
