Arrests

-- JENNIFER L. MILLER-STRATTON, 20, of 2621 Autumn Lane, Janesville, at 7 p.m. Thursday on a charge of embezzlement. She is accused of taking an estimated $2,290 from the register she operated at Home Depot, 3200 Deerfield Drive, Janesville, over several months.


-- TRISHA M. PHILLIPS, 27, of 326 Cherry St., upper, Janesville, at 6:46 p.m. Thursday at her residence on a charge of child neglect. Two children were found locked out of the house.


-- CODY M. CUNNINGHAM, 18, of 125 W. Madison St., Milton, at 6:22 p.m. Thursday at 1620 Newport Ave., Janesville, on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, after an officer noticed two people in what he suspected was a drug deal in the parking lot of Rock Theatre. Cunningham also was arrested on warrants charging two counts of delivery or manufacture of marijuana. Also arrested was ROBERT J. REBOUT, 20, of 1101 Thornecrest Drive, Janesville, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.


-- MICHAEL C. GLYNN, 29, no known address, at 9:20 a.m. Thursday at 105 W. State St., Janesville, on a felony probation violation.


-- DANGELO A. ROGERS, 19, Chicago, in Chicago on Monday on Rock County warrants charging armed robbery, providing a weapon to a minor and felony contributing to delinquency.


-- DUANE P. SCHUELKE, 46, of 532 S. 2nd St., Delavan, at the Walworth County Jail on Wednesday on a warrant charging felony failure to report to Rock County Jail on Nov. 2.


Intoxicated driving arrests


-- JACOB L. TILFORD, 30, of 409 E. Ellendale Road, Edgerton, after a one-vehicle accident at midnight Oct. 31 at Highway 14 and County E in Janesville Township in which his pickup truck ran through the stop sign at the T-intersection and off the road. It was reported as his third arrest on a drunken-driving charge. Also ticketed for failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to notify police of an accident.


Reported

-- THEFT of a 60-inch projection TV and a 26-inch LCD TV, total value $2,535, from Wal-Mart, 3800 Deerfield Drive, Janesville, reported Thursday.


-- BURGLARY reported Tuesday to a residence in the 200 block of South Franklin Street, Janesville. Taken was $700 in cash.


-- BURGLARY reported Nov. 5 to the Menards construction site at 3600 Bell St., Janesville. Portions of a global positioning system excavating survey system, valued at $37,000, reported taken. Victim is Hoffman Construction Co. of Black River Falls.


Accidents

-- PARKER DRIVE NEAR MEMORIAL DRIVE, JANESVILLE, at 5:38 p.m. Thursday. Todd A. Dix, 39, of 4443 W. Miles Road, Janesville, was treated and released at Mercy Hospital after the large SUV he was driving went off the road and then rolled over as he attempted to return to the road. Dix told officers he confused the accelerator for the brake pedal. He was cited for an unsafe lane deviation.


Fires

-- RESIDENTIAL FIRE in a home at 2250 Riverside Drive in Beloit Township at 4:25 a.m. today. The fire started in and around a second-floor fireplace, causing about $15,000 in damage, Beloit Township Fire Lt. Jeff Miller said. No one was injured.
