— A truck driver from Alabama was arrested Saturday morning on several charges stemming from what authorities think was an arson at Odd Fellows Lodge, the upper floors of 20-22 N. Main St., Janesville.

Jeremy A Brown, 24, Homewood, Ala., was arrested at 5 a.m., shortly after firefighters found him in the building and ordered him to leave, Janesville police reported.

Brown was arrested on charges of arson, burglary, theft and two counts of criminal damage.

At least $50,000 damage was done to the building and contents, the Janesville Fire Department estimated.
