Arrests

-- A 14-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY referred to juvenile authorities Thursday on charges of disorderly conduct and having a weapon other than a gun—a baseball bat—on school grounds at Franklin Middle School, 450 N. Crosby Ave., Janesville.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- NICHOLAS K. HAGEN, 22, of 1326 Morningside Drive, No. 5, Janesville, at 12:10 this morning at Wright Road and Curry Lane in Janesville. It was reported as his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge.


-- ERIC E. ANDERSON, 40, of N1761 Grant St., Fort Atkinson, at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department. It was reported as Anderson’s fourth arrest on a drunken-driving charge.

-- VANDALISM to the men’s restroom at the Janesville Transit Transfer Center, 123 S. River St., discovered Thursday morning. Racial epithets were scrawled on the wall in black marker. Damage estimated at $10.


-- BURGLARY on Oct. 23 to a residence on County H in Orfordville. A door was kicked in and loose change was reported stolen.


Accidents

-- HIGHWAY 26 AND MCCORMICK DRIVE at 10:46 p.m. Oct. 24. Ermila Manzanilla, 33, of 6219 S. Highway 51, Janesville, was cited for speeding and seatbelt violations after the car she was driving rolled off Highway 26. According to police reports, Manzanilla was trying to pass a northbound semitrailer truck when she overcorrected and rolled twice into a field. A passenger, Arcedalia Manzanilla, 32, was treated and released at Mercy Hospital after being ejected from the car.
