— 29-year-old James Frazier was convicted on charges of distributing crack cocaine.

In August of last year a confidential informant bought crack cocaine from Frazier in Beloit. In September authorities say Frazier was found in possession of 26 grams of crack cocaine after a traffic stop in Beloit. A federal judge says Frazier's lengthy sentence was the result of Frazier's three prior drug felony convictions.

The 30 year sentence is without parole.
