— A Milton woman accused with her husband of exposing her 8-year-old daughter to pornography, sex acts and drug use had been charged in August with physically abusing the girl.

The girl told police Aug. 22 that she was sleeping in her parents’ bed when her mother, Lisa M. Wickline, pulled her hair so violently that her head was jerked off the bed, according to the criminal complaint.

Wickline was released on a $500 signature bond and ordered not to use corporal punishment with her daughter. The case remains open.

Wickline, 46, and her husband, Jeff A. Wickline, 48, were charged Thursday with exposing a child to harmful material and causing a child to view or listen to sexual activity.

Milton police and the Rock County Sheriff’s Department SWAT team arrested the couple Wednesday at their home at 1006 W. Madison Ave. The house is kitty-corner to Milton West Elementary School, and the school was put on lockdown while the arrests were made, the school principal said.

In the most recent criminal complaint filed Thursday, the couple’s daughter said her parents smoked so much crack cocaine in their bathroom that they fell off the toilet.

She said her father often smoked in front of her because he was “stressed out.”

The girl also said her parents watched hard-core pornography in their bathroom, told her about sex devices they had used and let her watch pornographic movies with them, according to the complaint.

She described various cameras her father put up in the house as “little dots on the wall,” the complaint said.

Police executed a search warrant at the Wicklines’ house Wednesday. Among the items recovered was a box containing 70 pornographic DVDs.
