Congressman Paul Ryan of Janesville is not a big fan of the new energy bills affect on fuel efficiency standards.

Ryan tells WCLO's Stan Milam show he's worried about the regulatory interpretation from the Environmental Protection Agency. Ryan says he's worried the CAFE standards put American auto makers at a disadvantage.

Ryan says Japan may have a definite advantage, and the standards should change.
