Arrests

-- SOPHEAK PHON, 27, of 285 Rockport Road, Janesville, at home Monday night on a charge of delivery of amphetamines.


-- DANIEL R. PHILLIPS, 23, of 605 Kellogg Ave., No. 3, Janesville, on a charge of marijuana delivery Sunday at his home. Also arrested on a probation hold.


-- DREW N. LARSON, 22, of 633 Kellogg Ave., No. 7, Janesville, on a bench warrant at home Friday charging failure to appear in court on earlier charges of heroin delivery and possession of narcotics.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JEREMY R. REUTER, 32, of 120 Red Apple Drive, Janesville, at 6:26 p.m. Sunday at East Racine and Fremont streets in Janesville. It was reported as his fifth arrest on a drunken-driving charge.


-- STEVEN R. VAN WORMER, 51, of 822 Wisconsin Ave., Beloit, at 3:40 p.m. Sunday at Highway 51 and Airport Road in Rock Township as the culmination of a traffic stop that started at Riverside Drive and Cranston Road in Beloit. It was reported as his fourth arrest on a drunken-driving charge. Also arrested on charges of fleeing, resisting and driving on a revoked license and ticketed for non-registration.


-- SHELBY L. WELDON, 44, of 2147 Euclid Ave., Beloit, at 6:45 p.m. Saturday after the truck he was driving ran off South Highway 51 south of Terrington Road in Rock Township. Also ticketed for knowingly driving without a valid license and causing damage, driving too fast for conditions, open intoxicants in a vehicle and failure to notify police of an accident.


-- TODD S. HAGENESS, 28, of 4340 E. Wood Trail Drive, Beloit, at 1:33 a.m. Sunday after a two-vehicle accident at County J and East Buss Road in Turtle Township. Also ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.


-- SARIEM PEN, 28, of 402 S. Academy St., Janesville, and JESSE W. BERG, 25, of 2113 Roosevelt Ave., Janesville, both at 2:40 a.m. Sunday at Main Street and Pease Court in Janesville after, police reported, they switched drivers. Both also arrested on obstructing charges.

-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 300 block of Swan Lane in Janesville reported Saturday. Jewelry and compact discs with a total value of at least $1,000 were reported taken.


-- THEFT of a 1993 Polaris 600 snowmobile, valued at $800, reported Thursday from a residence on North Nelson Street in Milton Township.


-- THEFT of a diamond ring valued at $3,600 reported Wednesday by a 49-year-old Beloit woman from her home.


-- VANDALISM to skylight in new library addition at UW-Rock County, 2909 Kellogg Ave., Janesville, discovered in October and November and recently reported. Rocks thrown from the ground cracked the skylight, resulting in an estimated $6,000 damage.


Accidents

-- MILTON AVENUE NORTH OF HIGHWAY 14 in Janesville at 4:06 p.m. Thursday, a van driven by Joan E. Clare, 54, Mount Horeb, turned left into the path of vehicles driven by Joyce H. Williams, 45, of 2137 W. Creedy Road, Beloit, and Lindsay A. Rosenak-Fenwick, 23, of 624 N. Pine St., Janesville. Clare’s van was struck by both vehicles; she was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way. Rosenak-Fenwick was treated and released at Mercy Hospital in Janesville.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- MICHAEL O. HUMMER, 54, Evansville, at 1:33 a.m. Dec. 11, in the 1000 block of East 9th Avenue, Brodhead. It is listed as his third arrest on a drunken-driving charge. He also was cited for lane deviation.


-- BRIAN C. RUCHTI, 24, Evansville, at 1:14 a.m. Monday, on Peebles Road in Albany Township. It is listed as his third arrest on a drunken-driving charge.
