-- JEFFREY L. HARDNETT, 18, of 1555 Townline Road, Beloit, on charges of possessing marijuana with intent to deliver, dealer failing to have drug tax stamp and felony bail-jumping after a traffic stop Wednesday in Beloit Township. Police report confiscating more than 5 ounces of marijuana and $249 cash.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- MANDY M. EMFINGER, 28, of 4226 E. Circle Wood Drive, Beloit, at 9:49 p.m. Wednesday on Lathers Road south of Needham Road in Turtle Township. Also arrested on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia.

-- ROBERT E. NOLL, 52, of 729 Kelsey Road, Beloit, at 11:19 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 90/39 north of Highway 11 in La Prairie Township.

-- ANDREW J. MONARI, 36, of 1613 Grant Ave., Janesville, at 1:52 a.m. Saturday at Highway 11 and County H in Center Township. Also ticketed for open intoxicants in a vehicle.

-- STEVEN A. LOVELAND, 54, of 9208 N. Fulton St., Edgerton, at 2:38 a.m. Friday on Highway 14 west of Highway 51 in Janesville Township.

-- PAUL O. HAURI, 44, Brodhead, at 11:42 p.m. Friday on Highway 11 south of Highway 213 in Orfordville. Also ticketed for driving left of center.


-- THEFT of several pieces of jewelry, total value $2,720, from a residence on Highway 14 in Union Township reported Nov. 28.

-- BURGLARY to a residence on South Highway 51 in Janesville reported Saturday. Personal checks were reported stolen.


-- COUNTY G SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 11 in La Prairie Township at 2 p.m. Wednesday, a car driven by Eduardo Lujan-Uriarte, 26, of 909 Clary St., Beloit, drifted across the center line and hit a trailer towed by a pickup truck driven by Bobbie L. Burnett, 52, of 1442 E. Stratford Drive, Beloit, and a sport-utility vehicle driven by Kenneth E. Sands, 65, of 2897 Afton Road, Beloit. Lujan-Uriarte, who was ticketed for driving left of center, was admitted to Beloit Memorial Hospital and discharged after treatment.

-- AVALON ROAD EAST OF VAN ALLEN ROAD in La Prairie Township at 5:58 p.m. Tuesday, a car driven by Meghan S. Flippin, 16, of 8906 E. Rye Drive, Clinton, slid into the path of a pickup truck driven by Doni M.H. Lux, 32, of 224 Roosevelt Ave., Janesville. Flippin was seen at Mercy Hospital in Janesville.

-- HIGHWAYS 140 AND 67 in Clinton Township at 6:54 p.m. Tuesday, a van driven by Andrzej Swiniarski, 38, Glendale Heights, Ill., slid into the path of a pickup truck driven by Kathy K. Warren, 45, of 503 Hart Drive, Clinton. Swiniarski was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions. Warren and two passengers—Heather L. Vanderpal, 24, of 200 Milwaukee Road, Clinton, and Ashton D. Nowak, 3, of 8949 E. State Line Road, Clinton—were treated and released at Beloit Memorial Hospital.

n HIGHWAYS 59 AND OLD 92 in Magnolia Township at 6:27 p.m. Thursday, a car driven by Leah C. Pinnow, 17, Brodhead, slid off the road and into two street signs. She was seen at Mercy Hospital in Janesville.

-- COURT AND ARCH STREETS in Janesville at 12:54 p.m. Sunday, a car driven by Anthony D. Parkhurst, 38, of 1914 Linden Ave., Janesville, turned into the path of a car driven by Daniel S. Clark, 38, of 162 S. High St., Janesville. Parkhurst was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way while turning left. Passengers in Clark’s car—Kyle S. March, 19, of 105 W. Ridge Road, Janesville, and Charles S. Swenor, 14, of 162 S. High St., Janesville—were taken to Mercy Hospital for medical treatment.

-- MILTON AVENUE AND MORSE STREET in Janesville at 2:32 p.m. Friday, a car driven by Major Cain, 27, of 1339 Colony Court, Beloit, rear-ended a pickup truck driven by Joshua E. Jones, 24, of 333 Madison St., Janesville. Cain, who was treated and released at Mercy Hospital in Janesville, was ticketed for inattentive driving and driving while disqualified.

-- RIVERSIDE DRIVE AND CRANSTON ROAD in Beloit Township at 3:50 p.m. Saturday, a car driven by Steven Caple, 45, of 1035 Udell Drive, Beloit, pulled into the path of a pickup truck driven by Gary Repinski, 17, of 1439 Randall St., Beloit. Repinski and two passengers—Breeanne Repinski, 16, and Coty Quillman, 15, both also of 1439 Randall St., Beloit—were taken to Beloit Memorial Hospital for medical treatment. Caple was arrested on charges of causing injury by drunken driving and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Also ticketed for failure to yield the right of way and open intoxicants in a vehicle.
