Guns taken in latest break-in

Seven handguns were stolen from Armageddon Supplies gun shop after a burglar alarm went off Monday, authorities said Tuesday. The burglary was the third at the town of Janesville shop in less than two years. The first burglary came in August 2016; the second was the Joseph Jakubowski break-in last April that triggered a 10-day manhunt.

Former Pick ‘n Save store sold

The former Pick ‘n Save property on Janesville’s south side has sold to a development group owned by the Jim Grafft family of Janesville, a commercial property broker announced Tuesday.
