Katie McCann and Justin Kuehne are engaged and planning a Saturday, Aug. 25, wedding at Asbury United Methodist Church, Janesville.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Sandy and Robert McCann, Milton. She graduated from Milton High School, Milton, in 2004 and received a cosmetology degree from Madison Cosmetology College in 2005. She is employed by Robin’s Nest V, Milton.

Her fiancé is the son of Tamara Kuehne, Janesville. He graduated from Parker High School, Janesville, in 2002 and majored in business at UW-Whitewater. He is employed by Concrete Structures Inc., Janesville.

Brianna Schieve and Aaron Strey are engaged and planning a Saturday, Oct. 6, wedding at Grand Superior Lodge, Two Harbors, Minn.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Deb and Larry Schieve, Janesville. She graduated from Milton High School, Milton, in 2004, received a bachelor’s degree in social work from UW-Eau Claire in 2008, and received a master’s degree in social work from UW-Madison in 2011. She is employed by Mains’l Services, Brooklyn Park, Minn.

Her fiancé is the son of Cammie and Daryl Strey, Eagan, Minn. He graduated from Eagan High School, Eagan, Minn., in 2004 and received a degree in information systems from UW-Eau Claire in 2009. He is employed by Target Corporation Headquarters, Minneapolis, Minn.

Chelsea Mae Tracy and Nathaniel James Deaton are engaged and planning a Saturday, Sept. 8, wedding at St. Henry Catholic Church, Watertown.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jacqueline and Gerald Tracy, Watertown. She graduated from Watertown High School, Watertown, in 2005, attended Carroll University and received a degree in phlebotomy from Waukesha County Technical College in 2008. She is employed by UW Health Beaver Dam and Beaver Dam Community Hospital.

Her fiancé is the son of Teresa and Loren Deaton, Janesville. He graduated from Parker High School, Janesville, in 2005, attended Carroll University and is employed by Strauss Veal Feeds and UPS, Watertown.

Laird and Tidwell-Neal

Wedding

Rachel Laird and Andy Tidwell-Neal were married Saturday, May 26, at St. Clement Church, Chicago.

Their parents are Tom and Kathy Laird, Rockford, Ill., and Jim Neal and Carol Tidwell, Janesville.
Carolyn Engle, friend of the bride, was the maid of honor. Mike Soule, friend and law school classmate of the couple, was the best man.

The bride and groom both graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2010 and both practice law in Illinois.

The newlyweds reside in Chicago.

Anniversary

JANESVILLE—Joanne L. and John E. Anderson celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner hosted by their children June 30 at Cedar Crest.

Anderson and Joanne Louise Olsen were married June 21, 1952, in Milwaukee. He is retired from SSI Technologies, Janesville. She is a homemaker.

Their family includes Martha Anderson, Milwaukee; Amy Anderson, Hartford; Eric and Miriam Anderson, Madison; and Tobin and Carol Anderson, Mason, Ohio. They also have seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

JANESVILLE—Marita and Jack Leeder celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary July 1.

Leeder and Marita Fowler were married July 1, 1962, in Whitewater. He is retired as a barber from Jack’s Barber Shop, Janesville. She is retired from Wisconsin School for the Deaf, Delavan, as an elementary teacher.

Their family includes Trae Leeder and Patrick Getman, Janesville; Linnae and Hans Hamm, Delafield; and Maria and Craig Fairbert, Ladysmith. They also have four grandchildren.

JANESVILLE—Marcia and Mike Bubrick celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary with a family dinner.

Bubrick and Marcia Nye were married June 24, 1967, in Harvard, Ill. He is retired from the UW-Madison Safety Department. She is retired from the UW-Madison Biochemistry Department.

Their family includes twins Theresa Rawaillot and Patricia Konstant, both of Rockford, Ill., and Catherine Ramsey, Janesville. They also have five grandchildren.

JANESVILLE—Joan L. and Timothy J. Gruenwald will celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary by taking a trip at a later date.

Gruenwald and Joan Linda Traxler were married June 18, 1967, in Fort Atkinson. He is retired from General Motors, Janesville.

Their family includes Robert and Elizabeth Gruenwald, Janesville, and James and Colleen Gruenwald, Leeds, England. They also have five grandchildren.

JANESVILLE—Kim and Steven Enerson will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary in Italy with family.

Enerson and Kim Roehl were married July 11, 1987, in Footville. Their family includes Lisa Roehl, James and Kylie Thompson, Jenny Enerson and Samuel Enerson.

Moore and Shockley

MILTON—Sherri Moore and Kirk Shockley celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary July 4.

Shockley and Sherri Moore were married July 4, 1997, in Milton. He is employed by Stoughton Trailers, Stoughton, and the United States National Guard, Madison. He returned June 17, 2011, from a yearlong deployment in Iraq. She is the author of the book "Beyond Words: Our Journey through Autism."

Their family includes Jessica Altmann and Ken Moore.
