He is retired from the Wisconsin State Patrol as a state trooper. JANESVILLE—Margie and James Paul will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner and a trip to South Dakota. Paul and Margie Kessler were married May 7, 1959, in San Clemente, Calif. They are both retired. Their family includes Robert Paul and J.C.
