He graduated from Oconto High School, Oconto, in 1994, and received a degree in nutritional science from UW-Madison in 2004. He is employed by Sysco Food Services, Baraboo.

Their parents are Joyce Rupp, Deland, Fla., the late Leland Lawler, and Gloria Riley, Janesville, and the late James “Buck” Riley. The bride and groom are both retired from General Motors, Janesville. The newlyweds live in Deland, Fla., and Edgerton.

Their parents are Sandra and Jeff Larsen, Orfordville, and Lisa and Todd Achterberg, Eagle River. Amy Hagen, friend of the couple, was the matron of honor. Derek Schmidt, cousin of the groom, was the best man. The bride received at bachelor’s degree in education from UW-Whitewater in 2001, and a master’s degree in education from Graceland University, Lamoni, Iowa, in 2005. She is employed by Parkview High School, Orfordville, as a business education teacher. The groom received a degree in nursing from UW-Madison in 2007. He is employed by Meriter Hospital, Madison, as a surgical nurse. The newlyweds live in Oregon.

Jennifer Renee McNeal and Adam Charles Berger were married Sunday, Oct. 12, at Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix, Ariz. Their parents are Eileen McNeal, Catskill, N.Y., and Ruth and Robert Berger, Janesville. Elisha Trevail, friend of the bride, was the maid of honor. Aaron Berger, brother of the groom, was the best man. The bride received a bachelor’s degree in music education from State University of New York, Potsdam, N.Y., and a master’s degree in choir music from University of Illinois, Champaign, Ill. She is employed by Arizona Conservatory for Arts and Academics, Phoenix, Ariz., as a voice teacher. The groom received a bachelor’s degree in music education from UW Whitewater. He is employed by Arizona Conservatory for Arts and Academics, Phoenix, Ariz., as an arts director and music teacher, and at the Arizona Broadway Theater, Peoria, Ariz., as a music director and accompanist.
The newlyweds live in Phoenix, Ariz.

JANESVILLE—Elaine and Rolland Holliday celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary at their summer home in Punta Gorda, Fla. Holliday and Elaine R. Meissner were married Jan. 26, 1946, in Milton. He is retired from Gates Lumber Company, Janesville. She is retired from the Janesville Police Department. Their family includes Ilo and John Holliday, Meridian, Miss.; Janet and Mike Holliday, Westerville, Ohio; and Victoria and Jim Buehl, Janesville. They also have nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

MILTON—Marilyn and Larry Steinke will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Steinke and Marilyn Madaus were married March 1, 1969, in Slades Corners. He is employed by Nestle’ Purina Pet Care, Jefferson. She is retired from JCPenney, Janesville. Their family includes Theresa and John Steinke, Milton; and Maribeth and Mark Uhlig, West Bend. They also have five grandchildren.
