Her fiancé is the son of Connie and Karl Weberg, Janesville. He graduated from Craig High School, Janesville, in 2006. He is employed by Rock Road Companies, Janesville.

Kelly Anne Allen and Ryan Denissen are engaged and planning a Saturday, May 2, wedding at St. Matthew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Janesville. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Kitty and John Allen, Janesville. She graduated from Lakeside Lutheran High School, Lake Mills, in 2001, and received a degree in English from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa, in 2005. She is employed by Genoa Healthcare, Madison. Her fiancé is the son of Mary and Tim Denissen, Green Bay. He graduated from Green Bay East High School, Green Bay, in 2003, and received a degree in engineering from UW-Madison in 2008. Trista Smith and Kari Erkfitz , friends of the couple, were the matron and maid of honor. Melissa Brockman and Bob Teal, friend and uncle of the groom, were the best woman and best man. The bride graduated from Big Foot High School, Walworth, in 1994, and received a degree in biology from Edgewood College, Madison, in 1999. She is employed by Johnson Diversey, Sturtevant. The groom is employed by Onvoy, Walworth. The newlyweds live in Walworth.

Elissa Ellermann, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. Mathew Palon, friend of the groom, was the best man. The bride received a degree in social work from UW-Whitewater in 2008. She is employed by the Janesville School District. The groom received a degree in health, human performance and recreation from UW-Whitewater in 2007. He is employed by the Parkview School District, Orfordville. The newlyweds live in Janesville.

The bride graduated from Xavier High School, Appleton, in 2002, and received a degree in nursing from Marian College, Indianapolis, Ind., in 2006. She is employed by North Memorial Hospital, Robbinsdale, Minn., as a registered nurse. The groom graduated from Craig High School, Janesville, in 2000, and received a degree in information systems and marketing from UW-Eau Claire in 2004. He is employed by Cargill Inc., Minnetonka, Minn., as a business intelligence analyst. The newlyweds live in Chanhassen, Minn.

JANESVILLE—Carol and George Ferge celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in Florida. Ferge and Carol Kortbein were married Feb. 1, 1959, in Walworth. He is retired from Park School, Cross Plains School District, Middleton, as the principal. She is retired from Wisconsin Heights High School, Mazomanie, as a business teacher. Their family includes Gail and Jim Ellenberger, Janesville; and Greg Ferge, Boynton Beach, Fla. They also have two grandchildren.

JANESVILLE—Rose and Jack Iseli will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at the Ding-A-Ling Supper Club, Mercer. Iseli and Rose Marie Yehle were married Jan. 24, 1959, in Janesville. He is retired from Jack & Dick’s Feed & Garden, Janesville. She is retired from Parker Pen, Janesville. Their family includes Dee and Steve Iseli, and Pam and Jeff Edwards, all of Janesville. They also have five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Nordeng and Ruth Ann Perkins were married Feb. 8, 1964, at St. Jude’s Catholic Church, Beloit. He retired from Janesville Auto Transport Company, Janesville. She is employed by Rock County Health Care Center, Janesville. Their family includes Judy Lynn and David Nordeng Jr., Marion; Julina Fraunfelder, Footville; and Heidi and Skip Newell, Janesville. They also have eight grandchildren.

JANESVILLE—Trudy and John Rule will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with family at Disney World and will take a cruise to the Bahamas. Rule and Trudy Nelms were married Feb. 8, 1969, in Freeport, Ill. He is retired from Northern Development Company, Wildwood, Ind., as the vice president. She is retired from Janesville Community Day Care Center, Janesville, as the executive director. Their family includes the late Shantelle Rule.
