The bride-to-be is the daughter of Suzanne and Bruce Bodelson, Eagan, Minn. She graduated from Eagan High School, Eagan, Minn., in 2001, and received a degree in history from UW-Eau Claire, in 2005. Her fiancé is the son of Cristy and Charles Fisher, Janesville. He graduated from Craig High School, Janesville, in 2000, and received a degree in criminal justice from UW-Eau Claire, in 2005.

Katelyn George and Zebadiah Demrow were married Saturday, Aug. 30, at the residence of the bride’s parents in Evansville. Their parents are Patty and Jeff George, Evansville, and Jody and Ken Demrow, Edgerton. Nicole Guth, friend of the couple, was the maid of honor. Dan Atkinson, friend of the couple, was the best man. The bride is attending UW-Whitewater, majoring in journalism and a minor in advertising and multimedia. The groom is employed by Fox Construction, Edgerton. The newlyweds live in Evansville.

Dawn M. Genrich and David E. Byers were married Monday, Sept. 1, on a beach in Cozumel, Mexico.Their parents are Carolyn and Mark Gallert, Watertown; and Jacqueline Byers, Bemidji, Minn., and Ralph Byers, Janesville. Nichole Zwieg, friend of the bride, was the maid of honor. Chuck Byers, brother of the groom, was the best man. The bride graduated from Watertown High School,Watertown, and from Waukesha County Technical College, Waukesha. She works in the medical field. The groom graduated from Rice Lake High School, Rice Lake. He is employed in the pharmaceutical industry. The newlyweds live in Beloit.

The bride attended Parker High School, Janesville, and received a degree in the medical administrative specialist program from Blackhawk Technical College, Janesville, in 2004. She is employed by TTE Transcripts and HuHot Mongolian Grill, Kalispell, Mont.
The groom received a computer information systems degree from Wilkes Community College, Wilkesboro, N.C., and is a manager at Target. The newlyweds live in Kalispell, Mont.

JANESVILLE—Lucy P. and Walter Langbecker celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary with family and friends. Langbecker and Lucy P. Arquette were married Sept. 24, 1938, in Milwaukee. He is retired from commercial construction and she is retired from Thomas Industries, Sheboygan. Their family includes Carolyn and Wayne Langbecker, Arnold Mo.; Gary and Paulette Langbecker, Janesville; Lee and the late Linda Langbecker, Delavan; Jack and the late Catherine Langbecker, Corpus Christi, Texas. They have 18 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.

JANESVILLE—Lorraine and Lee Vanderlip celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with family and friends Oct. 2. Vanderlip and Lorraine Schulz were married Oct. 2, 1948, in Whitewater. He is retired from General Motors, Janesville. She is retired from Dean Riverview Clinic, Janesville. Their family includes Randall and Cecelia Vanderlip, Janesville; David and Candy Vanderlip, Milton; and Dean and Janet Vanderlip, Fond du Lac. They also have six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
