April Wasilowski and Aaron Cone are engaged and planning a Sept. 28 wedding.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Niki Wasilowski and Steve Carpenter. She graduated from Craig High School, Janesville, in 2005, and is attending Blackhawk Technical College for radiology.
Her fiancé is the son of Dan and Ann Cone. He graduated from Beloit High School in 2003 and is attending Blackhawk Technical College, Janesville, for a heating, ventilating and air conditioning.

Jennifer Northey and Matthew Carter were married Feb. 17 at Samsara Resort, Negril, Jamaica.
Their parents are Debra and Peter Northey, Topsfield, Mass., and Gail and Thomas Carter, Janesville.
Kevin Carter, brother of the groom, was the best man.
The bride graduated from Masconment High School, Topsfield. Mass., in 2000 and from Lesley University, Cambridge, Mass., in 2004. Also, she received her master’s degree from Salem State University in 2007 and is a teacher for Melrose Middle School in Massachusetts.
The groom graduated from Parker High School, Janesville, in 1996, and from University of Minnesota in Twin Cities in 2000. Also, he received a master’s degree from Cambridge College in Massachusetts in 2007. He is a teacher for Somerville High School in Massachusetts and a coach for Buckingham & Nichols High School in Somerville.
The newlyweds live in Saugus, Mass.

Melissa Carter and Izundu Chukwueze were married Nov. 16 in Lagos, Nigeria.
Their parents are Gail and Thomas Carter, Janesville, and Roseline Chukwueze.
Bethuel Chukwueze was the best man.
The bride graduated from Parker High School, Janesville, in 1996, and received a distribution electrical power degree from Blackhawk Technical College in 1999. She is a nanny.
The groom is manager of Corporate Functions Limited.
The newlyweds live in Chicago.
