55 years
JANESVILLE—Gerri and Gene Amundson will be celebrating their 55th wedding anniversary with family and friends at their winter home in Apache Junction, Ariz.
Amundson and Gerri Bumgarner were married Feb. 12, 1953, in Janesville. He retired from General Motors in 1987 after 35 years. She retired from Parker Pen in 1987 after 30 years.
Their family includes: Mike and Mandi Amundson, Grantsburg; Jim Amundson, Janesville; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
