Amanda L. DuPree and Matthew L. Mortimer are engaged and planning an Oct. 27 wedding at People’s Church, Beloit.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Tammi DuPree and Fred DuPree, both of Orfordville. She graduated from Parkview High School, Orfordville, in 2003, and received an elementary education from UW-Whitewater this year. She is employed with Beloit School District.
Her fiancé is the son of Robin and Larry Mortimer, Janesville. He graduated from Parker High School, Janesville, in 2002, and received an electrical power distribution degree from Blackhawk Technical College, Janesville, in 2003. He is employed with Rock Energies Cooperative, South Beloit, Ill.
