Sharon Bosloper and Seth D. Madsen are engaged and planning a July wedding in New Jersey.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of John and Judith Bosloper, Hawthorne, NJ. She graduated from William Paterson University, Wayne, NJ and is an elementary school teacher by the Pequannock Township Board of Education.
Her fiancé is the son of Nels and Gloria Madsen, Whitewater. He graduated from Whitewater High School in 2002 and received a bachelor’s degree in construction management from UW-Platteville in 2007. He is a sergeant serving in the U.S. Army Reserve.

Julie Eddy and Scott Marquardt were married Oct. 6 at Rotary Gardens, Janesville.
Their parents are Peggy Schutt, Janesville, and Nick and Nancy Eddy, Beloit, and Sharon and Lynn Marquardt, Verona.
Trishia Schroeder was the matron of honor. Kevin McKnight, brother-in law of the groom, was the best man.
The bride is a disc jockey with 97.7 Country WGLR.
The groom is a lieutenant with the Platteville Police Department.
The newlyweds live in Cuba City.
