-- BRANDI D. JOHNSON, 42, of 618 Linn St., Upper, Janesville, at 5:02 a.m. Friday, at her home on charges of burglary, party to crime, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, a probation violation and resisting an officer.
-- LITTERING reported at 9:48 a.m. Thursday in the 3700 block of Beacon Hill Drive, Janesville. The resident reported 42 tires dumped on his property.
-- CHILD NEGLECT reported at 2:47 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of West Sunny Lane, Janesville. The reporting person said a woman left her 4-month-old baby next to her vehicle and drove off. The woman returned 10 minutes later looking for her baby after realizing she left the child behind. Illinois Child Protective Services was contacted and a report is being forwarded to that department for follow-up.
-- BURGLARY reported at 9:15 a.m. Thursday in the 2600 block of Cedar Point Drive, Janesville. Someone broke into the victim's house through an open window sometime overnight. Cash and a slot machine, valued at a total of $145, were reported stolen.
-- IMPERSONATING AN UNDERCOVER OFFICER reported at 12:11 a.m. Thursday at Milton Avenue and Glen Street, Janesville. The man approached two people. No suspects have been located.
-- BURGLARY reported at 9:11 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of Walker Street, Janesville. A laptop computer, valued at $400, was reported stolen.
-- VEHICLE STOLEN reported at 6:38 a.m. Wednesday in the 2200 block of South Arch Street, Janesville. The owner reported her 2005 Chevy, valued at $9,000, was missing.
-- EAST MILWAUKEE STREET AND MOUNT ZION AVENUE, Janesville, at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday. A vehicle driven by Patricia A. Piek-Goth, 57, of 920 Columbia Drive, Janesville, was waiting to turn left when a vehicle driven by Carol K. Schaffner, 65, of 837 Sentinel Drive, Janesville, hit it. Schaffner was cited for failure to yield right-of-way.
