— ANTHONY W. DELLACH, 20, of 107 S. Main St., No. B, Delavan, with felony criminal damage to property, misdemeanor retail theft and misdemeanor theft. Delavan police say between May 7 and May 10 Dellach tampered with an Alliant Energy electrical meter attached to his home. The electrical meter was previously turned off. On May 9, an electrical meter was taken from Delavan Laundry. An officer later saw the laundromat’s meter installed at Dellach’s home. Dellach reportedly admitted to not calling Alliant Energy to turn the power back on and instead said he was borrowing the laundromat’s meter. He also reportedly admitted to tampering with the Alliant Energy meter May 7.
— TIMOTHY M. GAINES, 22, of W1368 Eastwood Road, Pell Lake, with felony physical abuse of a child, intentionally cause bodily harm. Town of Bloomfield police say between April 26 and April 28 Gaines was with a child over the weekend and admitted to spanking the child.
— NATHAN A. GUMPHREY, 26, of S70W17827 Muskego Drive, Muskego, with felony delivery of heroin. Village of East Troy police say on May 6, 2013, police participated in a controlled purchase of heroin from Gumphrey.
— MERCEDES C. GUZMAN, 18, of 152 W. Main St. No. 4, Whitewater, with felony battery of a peace officer, felony throwing bodily fluids at a public safety worker, misdemeanor resisting an officer, misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Whitewater police say on May 4 police went to Guzman’s home to help calm down a woman when she resisted an officer, spit in an officer’s eye and bit an officer’s hand.
— DAVID D. MCDOW, 22, of Volo, Ill., with felony possession of a firearm by a felon. Village of Bloomfield police say on March 15 police stopped McDow for speeding. McDow failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for drunk driving. When officers searched McDow’s vehicle, they reportedly found a 9 mm handgun.
— BRAXTON C. SMITH, 21, with felony party to burglary of a home and misdemeanor party to criminal damage to property. Village of Fontana police say on March 3 Smith broke into a home through a basement window and stole three laptops, a television, jewelry and foreign currency. The pro
