--PATRICIA L. KENNEDY, 41, of 276 Townsend Drake Road, Campton, Ky., at 9:44 p.m. Monday at Rock County Jail, 200 E. Highway 14, Janesville, on a warrant accusing her of felony theft-false representation.
--WAYNE E. SMITH, 50, of 1214 Cherry St., Janesville, at 5:55 p.m. Sunday at his home on a warrant accusing him of felony parole violation.
--SNAP CHAT SEX CRIME reported at 1:04 p.m. Friday at Marshall Middle School, 25 S. Pontiac Drive, Janesville. A 13-year-old girl reportedly received pictures of a penis through the cellphone application Snap Chat. The girl reportedly received the photos from an unknown person and showed them to other middle school students.
--BURGLARY reported at 2:32 p.m. Monday to a home in the 11000 block of North Maple Beach Drive, town of Milton. A wall decoration was reported stolen and several things were broken.
--BREANNA M. HATCH, 21, of 828 E. Dogwood Drive, Beloit, charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. She is accused of possessing heroin and a large number of syringes in her purse on Feb. 22 in the parking lot at Stop N Go, 907 Inman Parkway, town of Beloit.
--JEFFREY P. TUESCHER, 28, of 819 Benton Ave., Janesville, charged with identity theft to avoid criminal penalty, misdemeanor batter as a party to a crime, resisting an officer and disorderly conduct. He is accused of creating a disturbance and fighting with bar patrons of East Point Sportz Pub in Janesville shortly after midnight April 18, and later resisting police and giving police a false name.
--SHASTA C. HOWELL, 35, of 832 Prairie Ave., Janesville, charged with identity theft for financial gain. She is accused of accessing the checking account of a man she knows and using it to pay a $247 cellphone bill on or about April 3.
