Snappers lose third straight

The Beloit Snappers lost their third straight game Tuesday afternoon.

Cedar Rapids rallied for a 4-2 Midwest League win thanks to J.D. Williams' two-run pinch-hit single in the bottom of the eighth.

Lou Trivino made another quality start for Beloit.. The right-hander allowed one run in six innings. He got a no decision when the bullpen blew a late 2-1 lead.

The two teams wrap up the three-game series tonight.
