--ANTONIO D. YOUNG, 1 N. Washington St., Janesville, at 5:11 p.m. Monday at 3100 E. Morgan Way, Janesville, on suspicion of strangulation and suffocation. 

Intoxicated driving arrests

--LEIGHANN M. SCHWERSINSKE, 28, of 1230 Ruger Ave., Janesville, at 3:40 a.m. Sunday at Randolph Road and Milton Avenue, Janesville.

--HEATHER M. BONCZYK, 30, of 1419 Sterling Lane, Janesville, at 2:56 a.m. Tuesday at Riverside Avenue and Stone Street, Janesville. 



--RICHARD L. BARR, 54, of 1688 Wood Ridge Lane, Burlington, with two felony counts operating while intoxicated, second and subsequent offense. Walworth County deputies say on Feb. 24, 2014, Barr hit a pedestrian in a town of Lyons parking lot. Barr reportedly admitted to being drunk. The pedestrian reportedly had injuries to his or her wrist and swelling.

--JASON A. BOWLING, 33, of  11525 N. Highway 14, Harvard, Ill., with felony operating while intoxicated. Village of Fontana police say on June 23, 2012, Bowling was driving on Valley View Drive and was pulled over by police for drunken driving. This is reportedly Bowling’s third offense.

--KENNETH O. LOWERY, 20, of 4117 N. 90th Court, Milwaukee, with felony party to armed robbery. Whitewater police say on Oct. 13, 2013, Lowery was in a car when another man pulled a gun on a third man who was selling marijuana. The third man reportedly gave the marijuana to the two men without having them pay for it.

--SHEEN M. MARSH, 21, of W432 Little Prairie Road, Palmyra, with felony arson. Whitewater police say on Dec. 18, 2013, Marsh started items on fire at a Walmart in Whitewater. He reportedly caused $2,132.60 in damages.

--ZACK J. PETERSON, 23, of W5293 Tippecanoe Trail, Elkhorn, with felony possession of child pornography. Walworth County deputies say on June 30, 2013, Peterson gave his phone to a detective to have it searched. The detective reportedly found pornographic photos on the phone.

--CRAIG M. RAWLINS, 51, of 400 S. Edwards Blvd., Lake Geneva, with felony drunken driving.  This is reportedly Rawlins’ fifth offense. Lake Geneva police say on April 30, 2014, Rawlins was driving on West Main Street in Lake Geneva when officers pulled him over and he admitted he drank alcohol earlier that night.

--WILLIAM F. VOLKMAR, 73, of W993 County A, Elkhorn, with: two felony counts reckless driving causing great bodily harm; two misdemeanor counts reckless driving causing injury; and misdemeanor operate motor vehicle while revoked. Delevan police say on Aug. 24, 2013, they responded to a two-car traffic accident on Sugar Creek Road. Volkmar was reportedly speeding and did not break before his vehicle hit another vehicle, causing injuries to that driver and the passengers.

--RYAN C. WILLIAMS, 24, of 6142 243rd Ave., Paddock Lake, with felony possession of narcotics. Walworth County deputies say on April 25, 2014, they stopped a vehicle on Highway 50 in the town of Lyons and found MDMA in Williams’ backpack.
