Intoxicated driving arrests

-- DAVID G. WARN, 40, Janesville, at 1:10 a.m. Sunday at West Fulton and Garfield streets, Edgerton.

-- ALFONSO HERNANDEZ LARA, 60, Whitewater, at 7:13 p.m. Sunday at East Highway 59 and East Salisbury Road, town of Lima. Another motorist reported seeing Lara's vehicle weaving on the roadway.


-- EMERGENCY DETENTION, at 8:56 p.m. Saturday, authorities held a 37-year-old Rock County man for evaluation after an emergency psychological crisis center received a call that the man was considering shooting a gun at an Edgerton church. The man, who later admitted making the statement, apparently felt he was not invited to his son's confirmation at the church. He was cleared from a crisis intervention facility and released with a safety plan. The Rock County Sheriff's Office did not release the man's name or address.

-- DISORDERLY CONDUCT, reported at 6:50 p.m. Sunday at the 200 block of Riverside Street, Janesville. Police were checking on a 25-year old Janesville woman who is seven months pregnant and was "intoxicated." The woman was taken to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville, where she was "disorderly" and "resistive" to police. Police have referred details of the incident to Child Protective Services.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- THOMAS J. HALL, 56, Brodhead, at 4:12 p.m. Saturday in the W1300 block of County E, town of Albany. It is listed as his third arrest on a drunken-driving charge. He also was cited for failure to maintain control and failure to report crash.
