Tyler Marincov's grand slam lifts Beloit past Quad Cities
BELOIT—Tyler Marincov hit a grand slam in the bottom of the fourth inning to carry the Beloit Snappers to a second straight win over the Quad Cities River Bandits. Marincov drove in five of the six Beloit runs.
Jaycob Brugman was 2 for 3 at the plate with a triple and an RBI for the Snappers. Junior Mendez picked up his first win of the season.
The Snappers hit the road to play three games with Peoria starting tonight.
