Intoxicated driving arrests
-- KAYLA R. SCARBOROUGH, 18, of 2529 Riverview Drive, Janesville, at 4:31 a.m. Thursday at Center Avenue and State Street, Janesville.
-- BURGLARY, reported at 3:42 p.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of East Delavan Drive, Janesville. A storage locker was broken into and reported taken was a bag of tools valued at $500.
-- KELLY JO A. RUFFIN, 28, of 942 Hawthorne Ave., Janesville, charged with neglecting a child. The district attorney's office changed the charge from the tentative charge of physical abuse of a child that police recorded Tuesday.
-- NATHANIEL J. DAVIS, 23, of 1088 S. Wells St., No. 16, Lake Geneva, with battery to a peace officer. Lake Geneva police say on March 1, 2014, Davis kicked a police officer three times in the leg.
-- DAVID R. DENNIS, 59, of 15280 W. Elmont Lane, New Berlin, with operating while intoxicated, fifth offense. Walworth County deputies say on November 27, 2013 Dennis drove his car into the ditch in the town of Spring Prairie.
-- CHADD MICHAEL JAMERSON SR., 30, of 535 Kenwood Ave., Beloit, with operating commercial motor vehicle with prohibited alcohol concentration, third offense, with a minor passenger. Walworth County deputies say on March 23, 2014 Jamerson was stopped and an officer smelt intoxicants.
-- JOHN R. KUCHERO, 27, of N916 Rose Drive, Genoa City, with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanors: possession of cocaine; possession of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Village of Williams Bay police say on Saturday, April 12, Kuchero was found sleeping in his car, and drugs and paraphernalia were in the car.
-- TERRANCE A. KYLES, 20, of 291 N. Fraternity Lane, No. 214, Whitewater, with party to armed robbery. Whitewater police say on October 13, 2013 Kyles threatened another man with a gun when buying marijuana in Whitewater.
