CLINTON—State Rep. Amy Loudenbeck, R-Clinton, has announced she'll seek a third term for in the 31st Assembly District in the November election.

In an announcement Friday, Loudenbeck trumpeted her track record of pushing worker-training programs that seek to close the state's manufacturing skills gap, and tax programs that have eased the burden on working families.

For the past two terms, Loudenbeck has supported budget policies she says gave nearly $2 billion in tax relief back to the hardworking families and business owners of Wisconsin.

Loudenbeck ties job-skill training programs to a decline in unemployment in the stateline that is the lowest since the start of the Great Recession. She also worked on bills that focus on environmental protection and anti-human trafficking.

The 31st Assembly District serves eastern Rock County and western Walworth County.
