Intoxicated driving arrests
— JONATHAN D. MURPHY, 27, of Waunakee, at 10:51 p.m. Wednesday in a ditch near Peerless Road, town of New Glarus. The arrest was listed as his second for intoxicated driving.
— RUDY P. AGUILERA, 53, of 8 W. Court St., No. 8,with felony bail jumping, repeater, and misdemeanor obstructing an officer, repeater. Elkhorn police say on Saturday, April 5, Aguilera ran away from officers and admitted to having beer and being in an altercation earlier in the day.
— BRETT R. BERGER, 46, of W8883 County X, Darien, with felonies first-degree reckless injury and aggravated battery. Walworth County deputies say on Saturday, April 5, Berger repeatedly hit a woman with a chair at his home, forcing her to seek aid at the hospital.
— RACHEL L. CASH, 30, of 1869 Hilltop Drive, East Troy, with two felony counts of identity theft for financial gain. Village of East Troy police say on June 18, 2013 and June 16, 2013, Cash cashed checks for $380 that were not hers.
— TYLAR E. VAN HOUTEN, 23, of 1156 Hindsdale Ave., Beloit, with felony possession of marijuana, second and subsequent offense. Walworth County deputies say on Wednesday, March 19, found marijuana in Van Houten's vehicle.
— ENRIQUE MARTINEZ, 38, of W7772 Wisconsin Parkway, No. 30, Delavan, with felony false imprisonment and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct. Walworth County deputies say on Saturday, April 12, Martinez would not let a woman leave an apartment, pulled her hair and grabbed her arm without permission.
— THOMAS L. MEINEN, 36, of 909 N. Church St., No. 204, with felony physical abuse of a child, intentionally causing bodily harm. Elkhorn police say on November 25, 2013 Meinen swore at, choked and choked a child at Meinen's home.
— BERNE P. MORAN, 51, of 1006 County Road EE, Redgranite, with two felony counts of repeated sexual assault of a child. Walworth County deputies say between January 2010 and October 2012, Moran sexually assaulted two children at a home in Elkhorn and Pell Lake.
— JAKE D. MURPHY, 23, of 532 S. 3rd St., Delavan, with felony strangulation and misdemeanor: battery; criminal damage to property; and disorderly conduct. Elkhorn police say on Saturday, April 5, Murphy choked a woman, pulled her hair and spit on her at a room at Thomas Motel.
— THOMAS P. PARKER, 44, of 1271 Wisconsin St., Apt. E, Lake Geneva, with felony bail jumping and misdemeanors: strangulation and suffocation; criminal damage to property; battery; and disorderly conduct. Lake Geneva police say on Thursday, April 10, Parker hit and punched a woman without permission at the home.
— JEROME M. SLOWIK, 28, of 510 W. Miner St., Arlington Heights, Ill., with felony sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age. Town of Geneva police say on Friday, March 21, Slowik assaulted a child in his car.
