WHITEWATER--Why does Anita Henderlight need 98,700 bricks?

Find out at a presentation on conflict, peace, and how education is continuing in the South Sudan in spite of the unrest, given by Henderlight on at 6:45 p.m., Tuesday, May 6, at the First United Methodist Church, 145 S. Prairie St., Whitewater.

As executive director of Africa Education and Leadership Initiative, Henderlight is a witness to the progress in education being made for girls and boys in Africa's youngest nation.

Prior to the presentation, the evening will begin with an informal gathering at 5:30 p.m., followed by a light supper at 6 p.m.
