Milton student expelled for passing out prescription meds
MILTON—The Milton School Board expelled a male Milton High School student because he had prescription drugs at school and was handing them out to other students, according to a release.
The board expelled the student after a disciplinary hearing this week.
The student had prescription drugs not prescribed to him and was giving the drugs to other students on school grounds, according to the release.
He is expelled until age 21 with a chance for conditional reinstatement during the 2014 summer school term, according to the release.
It's the third expulsion in Milton schools this school year.
